You sent me a purchase agreement, what is that?

A purchase agreement is basically a contract between the buyer and the seller. This agreement will contain pricing information as well as timing of closing. Some agreements may include provisions for buying criteria.

How do I get paid for my property?

Once Sage Acres takes ownership of the property, you will receive a check from either the title company, or directly from us.
